MECHANIX WEAR WARRANTY:
All Mechanix Wear products are warranted against defects in material or
workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is only
valid with original receipt of purchase. Normal wear and tear, damage due to
misuse, alteration to the product or negligence are not covered under
Mechanix Wear’s warranty.

As required by law, please make sure that products returned for warranty are washed.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM:

Please telephone Mechanix Wear Customer Satisfaction Department to receive a
Return Authorization Number (R.A. Number) and further instructions. Pack
your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both
insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Mechanix
Wear is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please include the following information in your return package:

  1. Mechanix Wear Return Authorization Number;
  2. Your name, return address and telephone number;
  3. A brief description of the problem and service you are requesting;
  4. A copy of the sales receipt.

Reference your assigned Return Authorization Number on the outside of your
package. Failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your claim.

WARNING! Mechanix Gloves are not flame proof or fire retardant. Do not
expose to extreme abrasion, open flame or sparks from grinding and welding.

ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

Unfortunately, our site is not set up to handle orders with international addresses.

However, you can give us your order by phone (1-661-257-0474) or fax (1-661-257-0155) and we will be happy to ship it wherever you like.

The shipping cost varies with the destination, weight of the package and shipping method: UPS or Postal Service.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX for payment of phone and fax orders. If you are going to order by fax, just select your items online, print out the "Shopping cart" page and be sure to include your shipping address, billing address, credit card number and expiration date.

Prices for products shipped internationally are different from those shown on our website.
